Objectives (course unit)

The aim is for the student to develop their skills in multidisciplinary project work as well as in the specific skills required by each project.

Upon completion of the course, the objectives are that the student:
• can operate in various expert roles in software projects
• can select suitable techniques for software development
• has developed skills in project management
• has developed skills in software specification
• has developed skills in designing and implementing software according to customer needs
• can contribute to improving the operation of the project team in their role
• understands the importance of stakeholder collaboration as part of project management.

Cloud services, project management, product specification, design, implementation, review meetings, presentation sessions.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2) (course unit)

The student develops their own expertise within the project team and contributes significantly to the final output of the project. The student tracks their time management within the project. The student masters the inspection practices according to agile methodology.

Assessment criteria, good (3-4) (course unit)

The student demonstrates initiative within the project team and contributes significantly to the final output of the project. The student is proficient in the fundamentals of project management.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5) (course unit)

The student demonstrates initiative and enhances the overall teamwork capability of the entire team. The student produces an extremely significant output for the final product of the project. The student makes improvement suggestions for enhancing project operations. The student analyzes the challenges and alternatives of the software project implemented from a management perspective.
