Objectives (course unit)

Student
- understands the benefits and opportunities of an ERP system in business management -understands the structures and basic processes of an ERP system
- deepen their knowledge of Excel in the use of functions, formulas and visual views
- be able to use Excel in a more advanced way, applying the features of Pivot and Power Pivot (or equivalent software) to produce reports
-understand the potential of Power BI for visualising and reporting business data
-understand the basics and potential of AI and be able to apply it to assist and develop processes in your own work and company operations.

Content (course unit)

The role of ERP in business management, the ERP implementation project process, the structure and basic use of ERP.
Excel functions, formulas, visualization. Excel Pivot, Power Pivot and Power BI (or equivalent software).
Potential and application of different AI applications in business development.

Assessment criteria, pass/fail (course unit)

Pass:
The student understands the importance and potential of ERP systems and artificial intelligence in business development. The student is able to analyze, apply and develop the functions of the organization with the help of ERP and artificial intelligence. Students are able to independently design visual reports with Excel, utilizing Excel Pivot and Power Pivot features, and solve various reporting tasks with Excel.
