• How do I prepare learner-centered learning materials?
• How do I plan and implement learner-oriented and participatory teaching or training sessions?
• How do I provide feedback in a learner-centered and participatory manner?
• How do I assess and develop my pedagogical practices and learning?
• How do I use received feedback to develop my pedagogical competence?

Completing the course successfully requires demonstrating competence in accordance with the competence objectives using the agreed implementation methods.
