Objectives (course unit)
This course develops leadership skills for managing change and motivating people in dynamic business environments. Students will explore current leadership theories, motivation frameworks, and practical tools for implementing organizational change. The focus is on future-oriented thinking, strategic alignment, and effective leadership practices.
Content (course unit)
During this course the students will:
- Define an appropriate change management approach.
- Create a change management plan for organizational change.
- Use basic project management tools to implement change initiatives.
- Examine current leadership theories and their implications.
- Learn about the motivation theories.
