Objectives (course unit)

The course equips entrepreneurs with advanced skills to design and implement marketing and communication strategies tailored to their business goals and customer needs. Emphasis is on agility, personalization, storytelling, and ethical practices supported by digital tools and analytics.

Content (course unit)

During this course the students will:
- Identify and analyze marketing needs for their own business.
- Design customer-focused strategies aligned with brand and values.
-Apply storytelling to strengthen brand identity.
-Use digital tools and analytics for personalization and impact.
- Explain the role of customer analysis and insight in strategy development.
- Develop customer-centric metrics for a balanced scorecard.
