Objectives (course unit)

The course provides students with the skills to understand the significance of responsibility, sustainable development, circular economy, and quality in business. Students will be equipped to identify circular economy business models and utilize them in business development.

Students will:
- be able to describe the core concepts of responsibility, sustainable development, and circular economy
- understand the fundamentals of quality thinking
- be capable of integrating these perspectives into business development.

Quality Thinking and Principles of Continuous Improvement

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2) (course unit)

The student recognizes the fundamental concepts of responsibility, sustainable development, circular economy, and quality, and understands their significance in business development and in their own work.

Assessment criteria, good (3-4) (course unit)

The student understands the significance of responsibility, sustainable development, circular economy, and quality within the company as a whole, and is capable of acting in a way that promotes these aspects within the organization.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5) (course unit)

The student can analyze, apply, and improve organizational functions to promote sustainable development, circular economy, responsibility, and quality. They can plan and find diverse solutions to incorporate sustainable development, circular economy, responsibility, and quality into their own work.
