Objectives (course unit)
The practical training is performed via running customer projects in the student's team enterprise. The student will write a diary about the projects and credits will be collected based on those records. Each project must have a project plan and final report, which will be handled together with the team and the coach. The student also gets feedback from the customer.

Planning, implementing and evaluating customer projects.
Assessment criteria, pass/fail (course unit)
Passed
The student is able to plan and implement the customer's projects of the team enterprise. She/he is able to report the successes in planning and implementation and evaluate learnings and development areas.
Failed
The student is not able to plan and implement customer projects.
