Objectives (course unit)

Students
-know the general regulations of Tampere University of Applied Sciences
-are familiar with their study environment and how to act in a case of emergency (e.g. fire)
-are aware of know what the Radiographer’s profession contains in different operating environments
-are aware of how radiography and radiotherapy has developed and the importance of Evidence Based Radiography and Radiotherapy
-know the key concepts of radiography and radiotherapy
-can express themselves and communicate in diverse working life situations
-maintain their own individual study plan and actively follow their own learning and growth into expertise

-information technology
-life-long learning in the field of radiography
-key concepts of radiography and radiotherapy
-radiographer as an expert using radiation in health care (a study period in the imaging and/or radiotherapy department)
-communication in diverse working life situations

Luennot, pakolliset infot, osallistuminen informaatiotekniikan lähtötasotestiin, osallistuminen RH-ammattiin tutustuminen 2 päivää, oppimistehtävä

Suositeltavaa kerrata word, exel, power point, muut luennoitsijan osoittamat materiaalit

Student workload

Opsikeljalle 5 op, sisältää luennot, infot, tutustumiset työelämässä sekä itsenäisen työskentelyn.
