Objectives (course unit)

Students
-are able, in the clinical training as members of a team plan, carry out, document and evaluate radiotherapy of cancer patient
-can as team members plan and carry out appropriate radiation protection of patients, staff and other people in radiotherapy
-are able to act as team members, appreciate and respect patients and their relatives and also co-workers
-are interested in learning radiotherapy, able to reflect their own skills and have a positive attitude towards continuously developing themselves

-Clinical Practice in Radiotherapy department according to students personal aims

Prerequisites (course unit)

-Radiotherapy, Planning and the Safe Medical Use of Ionizing Radiation
-Radiotherapy and support of the cancer patient
-Oncology and palliative care
-Diagnostic Radiography, Clinical Training IV

Hyväksytty:
opiskelija saavuttaa harjoittelun tavoitteet, suorittaa 8 op opinnot täysimääräisesti sekä tekee kirjallisen tehtävän sovitulla tavalla hyväksytysti.

Hylätty:
opiskelija ei saavuta harjoittelun tavoitteita, hänen työskentelytapansa vaarantaa toistuvasti potilasturvallisuutta ja/tai hän vetäytyy oppimistilanteista osallistumiskehoituksista huolimatta, ei noudata sovittuja työaikoja ja/tai hänellä on poissaoloja tai hän ei tee kirjallista tehtävää annettuja ohjeita noudattaen hyväksytysti.
