The student:
- is able to work according to the general principles of project work
- is able to participate as a member of the group in development and innovation processes
- knows the principles of cost-awareness in their own area of work and works economically
- is able to plan, implement and evaluate the project actions in cooperation with working life in social and health care
- understands and follows the idea of internal entrepreneurship

- does not operate economically in a cost-aware way and in accordance with the principles of sustainable development
