Objectives (course unit)

The student
- knows the general principles of project work
- is able to participate as a member of the group in development and innovation processes
- knows the principles of cost awareness in his/her own working area and works economically
- learns about planning, implementing and evaluating the project actions in cooperation with working life in social and health care
- understands and follows the idea of internal entrepreneurship

- digital project studies online course (project organisation, project phases and funding)

- working in the Fiiliskeskus or in your own field
- reporting the activities and working hours

Pass
The student
- knows the general principles of a project, development and innovation
- acts cost-effectively and economically in accordance with the principles of sustainable development
- is able to plan, implement and evaluate the project in cooperation with working life
- understands and follows the idea of internal entrepreneurship

Fail
The student
- does not know the general principles of project, development or innovation
- does not operate economically in a cost-aware way and in accordance with the principles of sustainable development
- is unable to plan, implement and evaluate the project in cooperation with working life
- does not understand and does not follow the idea of internal entrepreneurship

Hankeinfo pidetty ennen kurssin alkua.

-Itsenäinen työskentely verkossa, verkkotestin hyväksytty suoritus
-Yhteistyö hanketoimijoiden kanssa
-Hankkeen toteutus ja kirjallinen raportointi (vähintään yhdestä toiminnosta)

Huom! Mikäli koronapandemiasta johtuen hyväksiluet tunteja hoitoalan töilläsi, tee HyväHot -hakemus ja lähetä se Ilona Jylhäsalolle. Töillä hyväksilukuun liittyen 1viikko=5työvuoroa=40h= 1 op.

Opinnot toteutuvat työelämän kanssa yhteistyössä tai osana TKI -toimintaa.

Further information

Hanketyöskentely toteutetaan erillisinä projekteina tai projektiluonteisesti TAMKin hankkeissa, ulkopuolisissa tapahtumissa yhteistyökumppaneiden kanssa, toimeksiantona yrityksiltä, opinnäytetyön yhteydessä sitä syventävänä projektina tai KV-toiminnassa.
Myös hoitoalan työkokemus käy hanketyöskentelystä kunnes toisin ilmoitetaan. Tämä toteutetaan osaamisen hyväksiluku-menettelyllä.

Projektin tulee liittyä terveysalaan siten, että se tukee opiskelijan opintoja.

Hyväksytty suoritus edellyttää
-verkkotestin suoritusta hyväksytysti ja lähettämällä kuvan suorituksesta sille tarkoitettuun palautuskansioon Moodlessa.
-hankkeeseen/hankkeisiin osallistumista opintopistemäärän osoittaman tuntimäärän verran
-hankeraportin kirjoittamisen, kun hanketyöskentelyä ei hyväksilueta hoitotyöllä.
