- is able as an expert to evaluate the quality and effectiveness of services related to his/her work sector by appropriate means

Kurssissa ei ole tenttiä. Verkkokeskustelu ja interventiotehtävä muodostavat arvosanan.
Verkkotiivistelmä: arvosnanan osuus 30% koko arvosanasta. Interventiotehtävä 70 % arvosanasta.
