The student:
- knows the basics of information and process management.
- knows the standards of operating and environmental systems, the general structure of systems, and understands their significance in the management of an organization
- knows the ways in which forest organizations manage their activities

Basics of Information and Process Management, SFS Standards, Basics of Quality Systems and Quality Management, Quality and Environmental Systems in the Forest Sector, Forest Organization Operational Control Practices
