Objectives (course unit)

The overall aim of the internship is to familiarize the student with the main tasks in the field of construction and to provide opportunities for the practical application of knowledge and skills. In addition, the aim is to combine theory and practice with a realistic view of the requirements and practices of the construction industry.

This internship is intended for internship after the 2nd year. Please refer to the training program internship requirements.

Content (course unit)

Familiarity with construction work, construction techniques, occupational safety, and workplace practices.

Assessment criteria, pass/fail (course unit)

The content of the internship supports studies in the field of construction. The student has drawn up and returned the internship agreement at the latest at the beginning of the internship. At the end of the internship, the student returns an internship report and a work certificate to the supervising teacher, which verifies the duration and content of the internship.

Further information

The scope of the training is at least 5 cr. The extent of the internship is recorded at Winha's actual extent as requested by the student in the internship report. During the first two years a student can complete a maximum of 15 credits of practice.
