Objectives (course unit)

The student masters the basic concepts of sales and marketing and a customer-centric mindset.

After completing the course, the student will be able to identify the basic concepts of sales and marketing. The student will be able to develop a marketing plan. Students will be aware of the role of sales and marketing in the business of an enterprise.

Content (course unit)

Basics of sales and marketing. Sales and marketing processes. Marketing plan.

Students can name the basic concepts of sales and marketing. The student will be able to draw up a marketing plan. The student will be aware of the role of sales and marketing in the business of an enterprise.
