Objectives (course unit)

-Students are able to create simple html5-based video games.
-Students are able to do game graphics, level design and game logic without the need to learn code syntax.
-The students are able to collaborate online in an international student team in order to create a working video game as the course work project.

Content (course unit)

During this online course, the students create a simple video game. The tools used during the course are free and no prior knowledge of coding is required. The games created as a result of this course will be playable with any web browser. The course is built in a way that allows it to be customized to individual learning preferences of each student. As a student, you can choose if you want to use a lecture based structured approach or a more flexible problem based learning approach during this course.
