Objectives (course unit)
The students learn the basics of renovation, central operations, usual damages and renovation solutions.
Content (course unit)
Old buildings and constructions, stresses and strains, damages in constructions. Renovation planning.
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2) (course unit)
The student has basic knowledge of renovation. Knowledge of basic knowledge may be small
shortcomings.

- The student knows the basics and main operating methods of renovation construction
- The student knows the most common stress factors, damage phenomena and repair solutions.
Assessment criteria, good (3-4) (course unit)
The student has basic knowledge of renovation. The student can do the usual
analysis and conclusions based on basic data.

- The student is familiar with renovation construction activities and operating methods
- The student knows the usual stress factors, damage phenomena and repair solutions.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5) (course unit)
The student has versatile knowledge and concepts related to renovation. The student can
to make comprehensive analyzes and conclusions based on what they have learned.

- The student is versatile in renovation construction activities and operating methods
- The student is well versed in stress factors, damage phenomena and repair solutions.
