Objectives (course unit)
Students understand key topics in work related legislation and public law. These are important when working as a manager or supervisor in the workplace.
Students are able to account for social and psychological motives in the workplace.
Content (course unit)
Key topics of work psychology and their use in practice. Organization models and work in an organization. Leadership methods and individual sensitivity in leadership situations.
Main topics of consumer, work related and public law.

Armed forces leadership training doesn't release students from this course because contents are different.

Leadership: Students answers are not complete. Students have experience but have not read the course material.
Public law:Students have reached some of the course goals. Students know course topics and examples..

Leadership: Students are able to give answers based on the course material.
Public law:Students have learned the course topics but some areas need improvement. Students know very well the course topics and examples. Students can analyze cases with some reasoning are able to apply the knowledge in practice.
