Objectives (course unit)

Objectives:
The student:
- is able to act responsibly in a practical project as part of a project group
- is able to evaluate the success of the project in relation to the objectives of the project work and its own field
theoretical starting points
- is able to critically design, produce and evaluate reporting at different stages of the project
- reporting and documentation at different stages of the project

Content (course unit)

Contents:
- The student participates in the implementation of a work-oriented project related to the key objectives of the industry
as a member of a project group
- Reporting and documentation at different stages of the project

Assessment criteria, pass/fail (course unit)

Evaluation criteria, pass/fail:
A passed mark is the result when the student:
- demonstrates versatile and justified management of the phenomenon, and combines information flexibly with professional connections
- is able to combine the existing skills in a versatile and creative way
- exercises high quality physiotherapy
- is able to constructively evaluate the activities of others and actively evaluate their own activities diversely
- is able to evaluate their own skills in a developmental way in relation to the work community or team
- uses the feedback they receive as a tool for improving their professional competence
- convincingly justifies their actions or professional perspectives based on theoretical evidence
- co-operates responsibly, actively, flexibly and constructively, developing both their own and the group's interaction
- understand the financial and welfare benefits of their operations

A failed mark is the result when the student:
- has insufficient or inadequate knowledge
- lacks in criticism of the use of information
- does not prepare enough for situations and tasks
- neglects the assigned tasks
- is not initiative enough
- lacks in co-operation skills
- behaves unprofessionally, has a low level of motivation, lacks interest in actions
- does not take advantage of the feedback they receive in order to complete the tasks
- has not developed proper self-assessment or self-evaluation is not realistic
- is indifferent to giving feedback
- does not respect the opinions or agreements of other people or groups
- potentially endangers patient safety or does not adequately anticipate hazardous incidents
- does not take into account the ethical guidelines of physiotherapy
- is absent so much that it affects achieving their goals or completion of the project
