Objectives (course unit)
In this course, we deepen our understanding of the principles, environments, methods, and accessibility requirements related to online guidance.
Upon completing this course, the student will:
• Be aware of various forms of social work conducted in online environments for different client groups
• Be able to engage in social work online when it is suitable for different client groups and their diverse needs for assistance
• Understand the advantages, disadvantages, and ethical considerations related to operating in online environments
• Develop online environments from a client-centered perspective and produce relevant content in a professional role
• Consider the requirements for service accessibility and data protection
