Objectives (course unit)

During the course, a picture is formed of oneself as a professional in client work and as a member of communities.

Upon completing the course, the student will:
• Be able to analyze the significance of their own and professional identity in ethical client work
• Reflect on the systematic nature of their actions and the connections between theory and practice in client work
• Analyze themselves as ethical and professional facilitators in client interactions
• Evaluate their collaborative abilities as actors, learners, and community members

Not Approved:

Student
• fails to demonstrate achievement of the course objectives
• does not apply relationships between phenomena and concepts in their work, nor can they provide theoretical justifications
• is unable to reflect on their own actions, competencies, or areas for development

Exam schedules

Opintojakson suoritustapana on yksilötehtävänä tehtävä vuoden ammatillisen kasvun portfolio ja sen esittäminen toukokuun 2026 lopussa.
Portfoliota mahdollista täydentää kevään, kesän ja alkusyksyn aikana tarvittaessa.

Assessment methods and criteria

Aktiivinen osallistuminen lähikerroille.
Yhteisöprojektin suunnitteluun, toteuttamiseen ja esittämiseen osallistuminen.
Vuoden kokoavan ammatillisen kasvun portfolion työstäminen, esittäminen ja muiden esitysten seuraaminen.
Läsnäolot: pois voi olla ilman korvaamista 3 lähikertaa; korvaustehtävät annetaan keväällä 2026 poissaolojen määrään suhteutettuna

Ammatillisen kasvun portfolion työstäminen sis. päiväkirjan ym.: n. 27 h = 1 op

Lähtökohtaisesti ei vaihtoehtoista suoritustapaa. Nopeuttajat keskustelevat oman tutoropettajan ja A-P Uddin kanssa.

Opintojaksolla tehtävä yhteisöprojekti toteutetaan yhteistyössä työelämän kanssa.
