Objectives (course unit)

Upon completion of this module, the participant will:
- Recognize the learning organization as a system.
- Learn about cooperative leadership and competency-based learning as new ways to lead the learning process
- Learn about some new ways to provide teacher training and plan longer learning processes to improve teachers' competencies

Content (course unit)

- How to improve learning within the school
- How to plan effective in-service education for teachers
- What are the cost-effective ways to organize a mentoring system for peer learning for teaching staff?
- How do adults learn, and how to improve learning for learning experts
