Objectives (course unit)

Student
• is able to work in demanding and multidisciplinary duties in the development and management of rehabilitation processes
• is able to critically review prevailing practices, anticipate and be able to reform them in a way that meets the needs of rehabilitees and their networks
• knows the possibilities and limits of economic factors in rehabilitation

Content (course unit)

Rehabilitation development project planning, process management and consideration of special features
Steps and phasing of the rehabilitation process
Quality monitoring and monitoring tools
Financial expertise, health economics in rehabilitation
The work community's readiness to develop
Co-development and agile experiments, e.g. service design
Knowledge management - common indicators and their use in rehabilitation
Prediction skills
Internal entrepreneurship and its promotion

• is able to describe rehabilitation processes and factors to be taken into account in their management
• is able to work in demanding and multidisciplinary tasks in the development and management of rehabilitation processes

• is able to develop factors related to the management of rehabilitation processes
