Objectives (course unit)

The student understands the basics of waterfall-type project activities.
The student knows the concept of project management and general methods of operation.
The student can analyze completed projects. The student knows how to design and prepare a project proposal and project plan (Project purpose, goals and delimitation, benefits, organization and partitioning, scheduling, resources, costs, communication, reporting, risk management).

The student is able to identify the main principles, basic concepts and tools of project activity. The student is only somewhat motivated, takes responsibility for his / her own performance and gives and receives feedback.

Students are familiar with the main principles, basic concepts and tools of project activity, and are able to justify and apply their learning. Students are clearly motivated, take responsibility for their own performance and are able to constructively give and receive feedback.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5) (course unit)

The student knows and understands broadly the main principles, basic concepts and tools of project activity. The student is able not only to justify and apply his / her learning, but also to critically evaluate his / her own solutions. Students are highly motivated, committed to taking responsibility for their own performance and are able to systematically use feedback as a tool for professional growth.
