Objectives (course unit)

The student will be able to:
• utilize different economic analyses while managing business
• make changes to the operations of their enterprise according to the information received from the analyses
• understand the impact of the sales process in regards to cash flow management and apply it to their own actions
• perceive the significance of the steady cash flow in a small business
• comprehend the basics of company taxation and VAT and apply them in their own business

How do I ensure the consistent cash flow of my enterprise?
How do I control the profitability and financial solidity of my enterprise?
How does the VAT influence my cash flow?
How are the taxes of an entrepreneur determined?

Passed
The student is able to understand the economic analyses in order to manage the business of an enterprise including planning cash flow, profitability and taxation.

Failed
The student is not able to understand the economic analyses in order to manage the business of an enterprise.

Exam schedules

There are no traditional exams. You'll demonstrate your knowledge and skills in various other ways, i.e. solving challenges. The coach / teacher will provide further detais as the course goes on.

Teaching methods

There are hardly any traditional lectures or exams at Proakatemia. Learning methods and environments are for example training sessions 'paja' (primings, dialogue, workshops, independent studying), literature, writing and publising, expert lectures and other fact-finding, project work, seminars, learning cells and common events. Learning is connected with business projects.

Approved
The student has demonstrated that he/she comprehends the main concepts of the topic in the context of his/her team enterprise. He/she has applied them in practice together with other team entrepreneurs. The student operates according to the chosen values and procedures.

Failed
The student knows the concepts only superficially or is not able to apply them in practice in his/her team enterprise. The student does not operate according to the chosen values and procedures.
