Content (course unit)
The students and the coach tailor the exact content based on team-specific / individual needs.
The course includes mandatory lessons on Lean Startup methodology and business development.
In addition, teams are instructed to read articles, literature and study other online materials on relevant entrepreneurial themes.
The gained knowledge is applied to practice with various validations, evaluations, and business planning templates.
Each group has training sessions, where business idea development topics are handled in dialogue. The students / teams get to share their progress, ask for peer advice and receive coaching. Coaches, team colleagues, and a personal working life mentor support the business idea development process along the way. The student will draw a study plan and reports the results in a separately agreed manner (goals, outcomes and reflection of the learning process documented).
Assessment criteria, pass/fail (course unit)
Approved when you have demonstrated independent and self-conducted work towards the goals. You have set the goals together with the team or independently, worked persistently towards them and evaluated the outcome bot in quality and quantity.
Failed if you have not succeed in planning and producing the self-development process as an individual or a member of a team. You have not mastered the learning targets in a way that could describe the meaning and progress in self- and team-development.
