Objectives (course unit)

Student has visited the most important architectural attractions in Tampere. Student is able to compose a professional report of target visits and he or she can document the target as photographs, too.

Content (course unit)

Independently performed study, submission by deadline.
List of targets is informed by the course schedule.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2) (course unit)

Student has visited all the targets.
Student knows and is able to define the basic terms and concepts about the targets.
The report is done but it may include some mistakes.
Student considers and assesses things from his/her viewpoint.

Assessment criteria, good (3-4) (course unit)

Student has visited all the targets.
Student stuctures and is able to define the basic terms, relations and concepts about the targets.
The report is done well.
Student considers and assesses things both from his/her and the close community's viewpoint.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5) (course unit)

Student has visited all the targets.
Student stuctures and is able to consider the targets as a part of city and independent entities. Also temporal layers and future visions have been taken into consideration.
The report is professional.
Student considers and assesses himself/herself and his/her professional community or task.
