Objectives (course unit)

Student
- Understand the importance of promoting sexual and reproductive health in piblic health nursing
- Is able to use and apply a variety guidance method of sexual and reproductive health
- Is able to apply the multidisciplinary knowledge for sexual health promotion
- Is able to promote reproductive health and guide reproductive health choices

Content (course unit)

- Identifying own attitudes and boundaries in sexual and reproductive health
- Bring up sexuality and reproductive health
- Sexuality and its diversity
- Reproductive health
- Sex education

Prerequisites (course unit)

The student must have completed 135 ects in the nursing phase and participated in the course Basics of Public Health Nursing

Assessment criteria, pass/fail (course unit)

- Is able to examine sexual and reproductive health from various perspectives

- Can apply their knowledge diversely in addressing and guiding sexual and reproductive health.

Moodle on auki maaliskuusta - 1. kesäkuuta 2024. Muuna aikana suoritettuna opettajaan yhteyttä. Moodlekurssin avain ilmoitetaan opiskelijaryhmälle erikseen.

Itsenäisesti suoritettava verkkokurssi. Oppiminen tapahtuu Moodle- kurssina. Videoita, audio-materiaalia, kirjallista ja kuvallista aineistoa, tehtäviä ja tentti.
