Objectives (course unit)

Students
- can define the concept of entrepreneurship and know the basics of entrepreneurship
- can describe and justify entrepreneurship as a career option for physiotherapists
- know what kind of things influences to services annual cost
- can use different methods in developing and productization services
can pick out, write to words and market one’s own know-how
-can descripe self-direction and its meaning and conditions
- can describe factors which will take centre stage in well-being of the employees, custome experience and productivity
- know the possibilities of digitalisation and tecnology in entrepreneurship

Content (course unit)

- self-direction, internal entrepreneurship, external entrepreneurship, spontaneous entrepreneurship
- entrepreneurship in social and health care and welfare sector
- key economic indicators in social and health care and welfare sector
- innovation, conception, designing, productisation, pricing and marketing physiotherapy
- quality of physiotherapy service and customer experience
- different tool in developing services

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2) (course unit)

Evaluation Criteria, Satisfactory (1-2):
The student:
- is able to plan work and work independently
- is able to describe the concepts of entrepreneurship and know the basics of entrepreneurship
- can describe entrepreneurship as an alternative to self-employment by a physiotherapist
- is able to use some methods of productization of services
- is able to identify and orally present their own skills

Assessment criteria, good (3-4) (course unit)

Evaluation criteria, Good (3-4):
The student:
- has sufficient financial and managerial expertise in their field
- is able to manage their own activities in a goal-oriented way
- is able to plan work and work independently in advanced tasks
- understands the importance of economics and management in their field and can describe how competitiviness is built through economics and management
- is able to describe the concepts of entrepreneurship and know the basics of entrepreneurship
- can describe entrepreneurship as an alternative of self-employment by a physiotherapist
- is able to use different methods of productization and service development
- is able to market their own skills

Assessment criteria, excellent (5) (course unit)

Evaluation criteria, Excellent (5):
The student:
- has sufficient financial and managerial expertise in their field
- is able to manage their own activities in a goal-oriented way
- is able to plan work, work independently, and if necessary act as a local leader
- understands the importance of economics and management in their field and is able to describe
how to build competitiveness through economics and management correctly
- understands the importance of their work in a social context and is able to participate in social dialogue in their own field
- is able to describe the concepts of entrepreneurship and knows the different forms of entrepreneurship
- can describe and justify entrepreneurship as an alternative of self-employment by a physiotherapist
- is able to use different methods innovatively in productization and service development
- is able to identify, present and market their own expertise as a physiotherapy expert

Assessment criteria, pass/fail (course unit)

Evaluation criteria, pass/fail:
A failed mark is the result, when the student:
- is not able to design his own work or to work independently in expert tasks
- does not recognize the importance of economic matters in their own field
- is unable to describe the concepts of entrepreneurship and the basics of entrepreneurship
- does not know the methods of productization and service development
- has no ways to market their skills
