Evaluation criteria, pass/fail:

In a passed mark, the student:
- strengthens and applies links between phenomena and concepts related to leadership and well-being.
- is able to recognise, present and market their skills
- is able to apply what they have learnt to the situation at hand
- can justify their actions
- acts appropriately
- prepares carefully and systematically for small group situations
- gives and receives feedback actively and constructively
- reviews and evaluates issues from the perspective of the client / team / work community
- is able to co-operate responsibly and with consideration of other team members
- demonstrates readiness to develop their interaction skills
- assumes responsibility and commits themself to the work of the team in addition to their own activities

In a failed mark, there are inadequacies in the student's basic information and application of the data in the rejected performance is flawed. The student avoids active participation in learning situations. The student neglects
preparation and does not take advantage of the feedback received.
