Objectives:
The student:
- is able to explain the lifespan of a project and key terminology of project work
- identifies the responsibilities and roles in a project
- can explain the significance of the project plan from the perspective of the project lifespan
- knows the importance of communication and documentation in project work
- knows the importance of project monitoring, evaluation and quality assurance as part of the project
execution
- knows the different forms of financing the project and the financial process
