Objectives (course unit)

The student has the skills required to operate in the management and development of the art organization. He or she is able to apply expertise in his/her own work and projects and to create new strategic approaches. The student is able to evaluate the working community's work and support the development of the community. The student has the communication skills required for domestic and international connections.

Basics of the management and development of a music pedagogical expert organization
Renewed leadership
Basics of organizational communication

Approved grade requires active attention and focus on the content of the subject and the ability to reflect and evaluate the content of the course critically and comprehensively. The grade is accepted when all the required areas for completing it have been successfully completed.
