Objectives (course unit)

Student:
- can design, implement and evaluate group leadership using art-based methods
- is able to justify the chosen method based on the client and the situation
- be able to take into account the specificities of group management when using art-based methods
- is able to receive feedback on his / her own guidance
- can give constructive feedback

Content (course unit)

- Principles and means of directing artistic and functional methods
- Functional design
- Individual guidance, group guidance
-Giving and receiving feedback
- The dimensions of art in promoting one's well-being -A person as a tool

Assessment criteria, pass/fail (course unit)

Approved: The student has participated in the contact teaching of the course and completed the tasks required during the course. The student recognizes and applies various creative and functional methods. Has a reflection of his / her experiences and views in relation to theory and professional skills.
Rejected: The student has not participated in the contact teaching of the course and has not completed the tasks required during the course. Student's Learning Objectives are not or only partially achieved.

Exam schedules

Ohjausharjoitus, joka toteutetaan pääosin pareittain. Ohjaussuunnitelma palautetaan ennen omaa ohjausta. Ryhmätentti viimeisellä läsnäolokerralla kirjasta Matkalla ohjaajuuteen. Henkilökohtainen reflektio palautetaan moodleen oman ohjauksen jälkeen.

Kirjallisuus ja teoriaan perehtyminen, kontaktiopetuksessa ohjausharjoitukset, reflektio ryhmässä ja itsenäisesti.

Matkalla ohjaajuuteen, Kalliola jne.
Valittuun menetelmään liittyvä materiaali.
Aiemmin opinnoissa omaksuttu tieto ja taito ohjaamisen perustana.
