Student
- can evaluate the ethics of customer work and service system

Rejected: Student has not achieved a good level in relation to the goals of the internship (grade 3)
* The student does not master the basics of ethical competence.
* The student does not master the basics of customer work knowledge.
* The student does not recognize and can not define phenomena and basic concepts related to the field.
* The student does not assume professional responsibility for his / her activities at the internship.
Passed: The student has achieved the general objectives of the internship at a good level (3)
* During the internship the student acquires the basic skills of ethical competence.
* During the internship the student acquires the basic skills of client work skills.
* The student is able to identify and define phenomena and basic concepts related to the field.
* The student takes responsibility and undertakes not only his / her own activities, but also client work and internship activities.
