Objectives (course unit)
The student is able to develop optimization process of patient dose and image quality in clinical radiography.

• Principles of justification and optimization of examinations/treatments by their indications, procedures and image quality
• International, national and organization specific best practices
• Evaluating and developing factors associated to image quality and patient dose
• Developing expertise in dose optimization
• Radiation physics and radiation biology
