Objectives (course unit)

The student is able to act as an expert in his/her chosen area of clinical laboratory expertise and participates in the multiprofessional competence development of the work community.
The student is able to anticipate future challenges in his/her chosen area of clinical laboratory expertise and applies the acquired knowledge in developing laboratory work in multiprofessional teams.

Current scientific knowledge and evidence based practice in the chosen area of clinical expertise
Analysis and application of knowledge in the chosen area of clinical expertise
Productizing and making visible one’s own clinical expertise

The student describes expertise in the chosen area of clinical laboratory expertise and recognises needs for competence development in the work community.
The student recognises future challenges in the chosen area of clinical laboratory expertise and makes suggestions for the implementation of acquired knowledge in developing laboratory work in multiprofessional teams.

The student acts as an expert in the chosen area of clinical laboratory expertise and suggests procedures for multiprofessional competence development in the work community.
The student is able to specify future challenges in the chosen area of clinical laboratory expertise and to apply acquired knowledge to some extent to the development of laboratory work in multiprofessional teams.
