Objectives (course unit)

Student:
- can describe what knowledge management means
- is able to use the concepts of knowledge management and its related concepts appropriately in your own work
- understand the value chain of knowledge formation
- understand what kind of information is available to support decision-making in social and health care
- understand how different types of information are used to support decision-making in social and health care
- is able to describe the role of a social and health care client as a producer, user and user of information
