Objectives (course unit)
The student is able to examine, observe and interpret their living environment and visual image culture critically. The student is able to convey observations and interpretations through photographing. Student is able to collaborate in an international student team.
Content (course unit)
The student learns the basic digital technology of photography and creates a photographic work of art. Sustainable development.

• Borrowing DSLR-cameras from AV-storage. Use your own if you have
• Control of the DSLR-camera (short walk with cameras and some tips)
• Brief for an assignment 1: Self-portrait; concentrate to an ambient light and a depth of field

• Photoshop 1 (basics of the application)

• Brief for an assignment 2: Milieu portrait of a friend; concentrate to a person and how you present her/him/they
• Brief for a main assignment: Diptych or Triptych (Sketch for artwork). Take two or three images to a completeness and give a title to your artwork
