Impact assessment and its special features in social service and social work
Impact assessment process and its phases (objects, solution, output, result, impact)
Impact assessment as part of decision making process and quality assessment process as part of action

Student knows the principals of quality assurance. Student is able to design impact assessment process and its phases and knows the key methods of assessment in social work field. Student recognizes the importance of quality assurance and impact assessment as part of decisionmaking process and action.

Student is able to design and develop impact assessment process and its phases and is able to apply and develop assessment methods in his/her work in social work filed.
