Studet is able to
- acquire special expertise in a field or projects s/he is interested in and that respond to the needs of working life. Objectives of training are field and student spesific.
- clinical training objectives in international student exchange are agreed on with the destination institution and its cooperation partners
Content (course unit)
Depend on the optional studies and are thus student spesific
Prerequisites (course unit)
International exchange students can take part in the studies if clinical training agreements can be organised.
The student must have passed 13SBIO-1006 Field-Specific Studies in Laboratory Examination Processes before the course 13SBIO-1034 Optional Professional /Advanced Studies in Biomedical Laboratory Science.

If the course includes supervised clinical training in a hospital, animal laboratory, research unit or other laboratory, the clinical training agreement is a prerequisite.
