- knows the process of dialogic encounter and how to promote it at different stages of the process
- knows the main theoretical basics of supervision work
- is able to plan and carry out guidance work in a purposeful manner applying the principles of dialogue in different guidance situations with individuals and groups
- understand the importance of information management and recording in customer work
- get an idea of the potential of digital services in social work
