Objectives (course unit)

The student is able to
- apply SCADA solutions for real estate automation management.
- analyze building automation control systems, remote connections and data security
- recognize technology related to the design and implementation of SCADA systems
- apply functional descriptions in the programming of building automation systems
- design user interfaces in a user-oriented way.

Content (course unit)

Different interfaces, remote monitoring and interfaces used in automation systems. Functions, capabilities and applications of different systems. Implementation of a user-driven control and monitoring system project.

Building Automation Systems and Field Buses, Advanced Building Automation Systems

The student has implemented a building automation solution according to the assignment, but there are shortcomings in the implementation and documentation. The student's actions have been imitative.

The student has implemented a building automation solution according to the assignment, which is largely functional and well documented. The student has been active and cooperative. The student has evaluated his / her work and provided other students constructive feedback.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5) (course unit)

The student has implemented a functional building automation solution in accordance with the assignment and has also introduced broader features. Documentation is professional and solutions are justified from different angles. The student's activities have been conducive to collaboration and work development.
