Student knows the principals of quality assurance. Student is able to design impact assessment process and its phases and knows the key methods of assessment in social work field. Student recognizes the importance of quality assurance and impact assessment as part of decisionmaking process and action.

Student is able to apply the principals of quality assurance. Student is able to design impact assessment process and its phases and knows the key methods of assessment in social work field. Student is able to analyze the meaning of quality assurance and impact assessment as part of decision making process and action.

Student is able to apply and analyze the principals of quality assurance. Student is able to design and develop impact assessment process and its phases and is able to apply and develop assessment methods in his/her work in social work filed.
