Objectives (course unit)
The student knows and is better able to deal with a subject in the field of mechanical engineering, which is discussed at the seminar. The variable-themed course deepens the knowledge acquired in other study courses in mechanical engineering, and gives the participant the opportunity to familiarize himself / herself with the theme of the seminars. In addition, the student learns knowledge acquisition, reporting and feedback skills at the seminar course.
Content (course unit)
Themes in the field of mechanical engineering are discussed in more detail in the seminar. The variable subject course deepens the skills acquired in other study courses in mechanical engineering. The course is placed in elective studies.

Depending on the subject area, the level of the course varies somewhat. Each course implementation is aimed at students with sufficient background knowledge.

The student knows the laws and quantities that dominate the subject. The student performs independently of the given assignments.

The student is well versed in all areas of the subject and is able to apply his / her skills to different subject areas.
