Objectives (course unit)

Students are familiar with the special features of vocational and higher education in the field of music and are able to apply them to their own teaching work. He will be able to utilize ICT in various ways. The student has the skills to choose motivational and creative pedagogical solutions, taking into account the diverse learners.

Topics to consider:
Pedagogy of vocational and higher education in music
Tradition periods in music hobby
Lifelong learning and the therapeutic use of music
Information and communication technology as a music teacher's tool

Assessment criteria, pass/fail (course unit)

Approved grade requires an active focus on the content of the courses and the ability to reflect and evaluate the contents of the course critically and comprehensively. The grade is accepted when all the required areas for completing it have been successfully completed.

Information and communication technology teaching courses are agreed separately. The pedagogy of vocational and higher education in the field of music and the articulated stages of practicing music are agreed upon separately.

Demonstrations, teaching discussion, e-learning, collaborative learning, exercises, assignments, problem-based learning.

Literature, assignments and online learning materials at the discretion of teachers.

Student workload

The total working time is 135 h. The division into distance learning and personal work varies according to the subject being taught.
