Objectives (course unit)

Students knows FM system in a number of areas.
He's can solve biggest fault situations in FM system, simulating the capacity, production planning and scheduling of coarse control software.

Content (course unit)

Teaching is carried out classroom theory of the route.
Practical training is carried out with a genuine FM system by working in small groups.

In addition to the basic skills of the FM system, the student identifies and knows several areas. The student understands the occupational safety requirements of different systems.

Assessment criteria, good (3-4) (course unit)

The student knows well and is able to create the specifications and orders of the pieces to be made in the system, and the routing to them. The student knows well the fastening methods and manufacturing methods of workpieces in the FM system. He knows how to recover from even major disturbances in the FM system, simulate capacity, rough production planning and scheduling control software. The student is able to figure out the necessary methods and solve manufacturing problems independently in simple cases.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5) (course unit)

The student has an excellent understanding and mastery of the occupational safety requirements of the FM system at the level required of the user and the supervisor. The student is able to apply his / her excellent skills in solving and solving various problems independently.
