Objectives (course unit)

The goal is that after finishing the course, student knows general aims of project management, student knows and applies principles of agile project  management, students takes care of customers aspects of project, student gets experience of managing and implementing agile project in practice, student uses digital tools in project management.

Content (course unit)

Agile and traditional project management.
Managing and implementing agile product development project.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2) (course unit)

The student knows the significance of project management.
The student can use basic concepts of project management.
The student can work as a team member in agile project when assisted.

Assessment criteria, good (3-4) (course unit)

The student is able to plan an agile project.
The student participates in risk analysis and monitoring.
The student is able to work in agile project team taking care of planning and reviewing events.
The student takes into account stakeholder feedback.
The student participates in project team performance evaluations during and after the project.
The student is able to hand over the product and finish the project.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5) (course unit)

The student is able to plan excellently an agile project.
The student is able to carry out a project risk analysis and follow the development of the risk situation.
The student is able to work excellently in agile project team to take care of planning and reviewing events.
The student takes excellently into account stakeholder feedback.
The student can evaluate and develop realistically his own and the whole project team during the project and after that.
