Objectives (course unit)

- is able to observe the quality and effectiveness of one's own work

- renewed service chains and customer service needs in acute care
- ethical decision making
- the innovation process
- multi-authority co-operation in acute care and teamworking and networking skills

- familiarization and training of the work community
- acting as a consulting expert in acute nursing

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2) (course unit)

The student
- is able to work in an acute care multiprofessional team for the benefit of the client
- monitors the quality of his/her own activities and is able to evaluate its results

Assessment criteria, good (3-4) (course unit)

The student
- is able to identify his/her own areas of development on the basis of the feedback received and to act as a peer reviewer giving developmental and encouraging feedback
- is able to act in accordance with the instructions related to the job description of the clinical expert, taking into account the quality of nursing

Assessment criteria, excellent (5) (course unit)

The student
- is able to act as a customer-oriented clinical expert in assessing and prioritizing the need for treatment, demonstrating responsibility in his/her area of ​​responsibility in its various networks
- acts as a consulting expert for professionals and strives to be active in the development of his field
