Objectives (course unit)
After completing the course, the students will be able to:

- Evaluate own skills and competencies and make them visible
- Enhance career planning skills
- Make a portfolio plan
- Make an effective video CV and CV
- Write a job application
- Understand diversity in work community
- Know basic principles of entrepreneurship in Finland

- What is career planning?
- What skills and competencies are needed in working life?
- How to make my skills and competencies visible?
- What is a portfolio?
- How do I apply for a job?
- How to make a video CV?
- What is diverse work community?
- How to get started as an entrepreneur in Finland?

Pass: The student completes all the required assignments and gives feedback.
Fail: The student does not complete all the required assignments.
