Objectives (course unit)

The student
- knows the general principles of project work
- is able to participate as a member of the group in development and innovation processes
- knows the principles of cost awareness in his/her own working area and works economically
- learns about planning, implementing and evaluating the project actions in cooperation with working life in social and health care
- understands and follows the idea of internal entrepreneurship

- digital project studies online course (project organisation, project phases and funding)
- development and innovation processes
- internal entrepreneurship
- cost awareness and economics
- working in the Fiiliskeskus or in your own field
- reporting the activities and working hours

Assessment criteria, pass/fail (course unit)

Pass
The student
- knows the general principles of a project, development and innovation
- acts cost-effectively and economically in accordance with the principles of sustainable development
- is able to plan, implement and evaluate the project in cooperation with working life
- understands and follows the idea of internal entrepreneurship

Fail
The student
- does not know the general principles of project, development or innovation
- does not operate economically in a cost-aware way and in accordance with the principles of sustainable development
- is unable to plan, implement and evaluate the project in cooperation with working life
- does not understand and does not follow the idea of internal entrepreneurship
